Despite the media coverage, there is an incredibly dedicated group of people working at the VA. Every day, they’re caring for millions of Veterans, as the U.S.’s biggest healthcare system. To combat the cynicism, we worked to portray the real moments of care and consideration behind VA.

TJX

Everyone knows TJX for their iconic brands, from fashion mainstays like T.J. Maxx and Marshalls, to relative newcomers like HomeSense and Sierra. But, as a parent company, they’d never gone to market with one cohesive identity. Across approximately a dozen markets, and across 3 continents, my team and I worked for 3 years to bring this massive challenge to life, and I couldn’t be prouder of the results.

Toys r us

Right before TRU closed its doors, we were in the process of redefining their brand with Imagine More. Working closely with my team, we developed several, animation-driven spots, social content and toolkit to harmonize their message and reinvigorate their brand.

sherwin williams

With the 2017 acquisition of a large, global competitor, Sherwin-Williams kicked off the largest period of change within the company’s history.

While we’ve had great success in the past by doing things a certain way, it can also mean that we are reluctant to try new things, and this could hinder our ability to attract new talent and engage employees from all parts of the company.

We must unite the organization behind one mission and embrace change to allow for new thinking without undoing the success of our business model.
